Crock-Pot Baked Beans
My dad makes baked beans all the time, but it seamed like such a long dish to make. Not because it's complicated but beans take a long time to cook, and when you make them in the oven, you have to watch them often to make sure they have plenty of liquid so they don't get dry. Coq au vin is a French dish of chicken braised with wine, lardons, mushrooms and carrots. The flavors of this dish are simply amazing.
