This Honey Chicken Drumsticks recipe is so yummy and simple to prepare. You cook the drumsticks in a honey BBQ sauce in the Crock Pot for a few hours. Then place them on the grill for a few minutes. A delicious and easy summer recipe! Chicken drumsticks are also really cheap to buy so you get a delicious and inexpensive recipe.
Ingredients
10 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup of ketchup
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon of onion salt
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Directions
Place the chicken drumsticks in the Crock-Pot.
In a small bowl, mix together the other ingredients and poor over the drumsticks.
Stir until drumsticks are covered with the sauce.
Cook for 4 hours at low setting.
Preheat BBQ at medium heat.
Oil the grill.
Grill the drumsticks on the BBQ for about 5-10 minutes turning when needed. (You can also place the drumsticks in the oven at broil for a few minutes, turning when needed).
