Easy Tin Foil Potatoes on the Grill

Do It All Working Mom - Tin Foil Potatoes

This potato recipe has to be the easiest recipe out there. During grilling season, I make these Tin Foil Potatoes at least 3 times a week. Everyone loves them! They’re delicious, and go well with almost any grilled meat, fish, chicken or sausages.

Ingredients

5 potatoes washed and sliced (about 1/4″)
1/4 cup of hard butter cubed
Garlic salt, pepper and Mrs Dash spices
Pam cooking spray

Directions

Spray a foil pie pan with Pam cooking spray.
Place the sliced potatoes in the pan.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and Mrs Dash spices to taste.
Place the cubes of butter on top.
Wrap with tin foil.
Cook on a hot grill for 30 minutes. (Put the potatoes in the front of the Grill. The back and middle parts are to warm and the bottom potatoes will burn.)

This is a great idea! I can make a side dish on the BBQ and not mess up the kitchen.
