Easy Roasted Creamer Potato Recipe

If you’re looking for an easy and yummy side dish that your family will really enjoy, you have to try this Easy Roasted Creamer Potato Recipe. It’s simple to prepare, and it’s the perfect side to any dish. My daughter can’t get enough of these.

Easy Roasted Creamer Potatoes

To prepare this recipe, I used a bag of three different kind of creamer potatoes: red, yellow and blue. It makes this recipe even more special, and these potatoes are fresh, pre-washed, thin skinned and really nutritious.

Ingredients

1 bag 1.5 pounds of fresh creamer potatoes cut in half
About 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Garlic salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the potatoes in a baking dish or on a cookie sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
Season with garlic salt, freshly ground pepper and Herbes de Provence.
Stir and cook for 30 minutes.

Truly delicious creamers, best creamer recipe I’ve eaten. Can’t believe how easy these were to make. Nice crunch with soft insides. Herbs de Provence makes these taste so sweet, would not use any other spice as a sub. Cook time was right on the mark. Thank you for posting this recipe.
