I really like pork tenderloin, and this Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin is a great and delicious recipe. Only 3 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare, and you have an amazing meal. It’s perfect as a week night dinner or to entertain. I serve it with roasted potatoes, I’ll post the recipe tomorrow.
1 pork tenderloin
1 red apple thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Make an opening in the pork without slicing completely (see picture below).
Insert the sliced apples in the opening and tie with meat tying string.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook in a 400 degrees F. preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the pork tenderloin rest for 5 minutes.
