Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

I really like pork tenderloin, and this Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin is a great and delicious recipe. Only 3 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare, and you have an amazing meal. It’s perfect as a week night dinner or to entertain. I serve it with roasted potatoes, I’ll post the recipe tomorrow.

Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin
1 red apple thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Make an opening in the pork without slicing completely (see picture below).

Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Insert the sliced apples in the opening and tie with meat tying string.

Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook in a 400 degrees F. preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the pork tenderloin rest for 5 minutes.
