Chicken and Potato Casserole

Tried this easy Chicken and Potato Casserole recipe from Kraft Canada and it was great! I know supper is great when my son cleans his plate and we’re not having spaghetti or French fries. This is probably one of the easiest recipes I’ve made in a long time.

Do It All Working Mom - Chicken and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

1 pack of chicken drumsticks (about 10)
4 medium potatoes quartered
1/2 cup of Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F
Place chicken and potatoes in a 9 x 13 cooking dish lined with parchment paper
Spread the Italian dressing over the chicken and potatoes followed by the cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked (170 degrees).

You can prepare this recipe in advance and leave it in the fridge until you are ready to cook it.

This recipe is perfect for a week night supper. So easy and quick to make. my kids love to eat the drumstick with their hands. It’s really easy for them to eat, and they also love the taste. This is a must try recipe! Who doesn’t like and easy and quick recipe?

Serve it with my amazing Tomatoes and Feta Cheese.

    This is definitely a quick and really easy recipe to make and it sounds really tasty. I am definitely going to try this one (maybe with breasts bone in)
