I love when my house is clean and smells good, but with a cat and dog, it can sometimes be difficult. I used Febreze to spray the dog cushion and carpets; it works great but it’s so expensive. I’ve decided to try and make my own Homemade Febreze using ingredients everyone has in their home.
Homemade Febreze works great, and is really cheap. I put it on everything: cushions, carpets, couches, dog cushions, curtains, chairs, mattresses and pillows. I use it everyday, and everything in my house smells really good; even with the dog around.
That dog better be careful, because I might start spraying her with it too ;).
You will need:
An empty spray bottle
2 cups of warm water
1/4 cup of your favorite liquid fabric softener
2 teaspoons of baking soda
Directions
Pour the ingredients in the empty spray bottle.
Close the bottle and shake it to mix the ingredients.
Start spraying!!!
Hope you like this stuff as much as I do. Let me know what you think by leaving a comment in the comment section of this blog.
I bet you won’t be spending any more money on the expensive stuff!

Genius! I don’t really like the smell of original febreeze. This way I can pick my scent. 🙂
