Greek Salad

If I want my kids to eat salad, I make a delicious Greek Salad. I’m sure they’ll eat it all and ask for seconds. I like to make more and pack some for their lunch the next day. Great way to get my kids to eat their veggies, and an amazing side dish to go with almost anything. Everyone enjoys this amazing and easy salad!

Greek Salad

Ingredients

Salad
1 1/2 cup of cherry or grape tomatoes halved
1 English cucumber chopped
1 small onion chopped (you can use red onion)
1/2 cup of feta cheese cubed
1/3 cup of canned sliced black olives

 

Dressing
1 Tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dry oregano
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Greek Salad

 

Instructions

Add the ingredients for the dressing to a small glass or plastic jar. Cover and shake to mix well.
Place all the ingredients for the salad in a salad bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss 30 minutes before serving.
