I love a good salad, and this Spinach and Feta Cheese Salad is delectable. The taste is not the only great thing about, it’s also healthy and kids approved.
Raw spinach nutrition facts: Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), manganese, folate, magnesium, iron, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C. 4 cups of baby spinach (gently press down while measuring)
1/2 an English cucumber diced
8 grape or cherry tomatoes quartered
1/2 an onion chopped
1/2 cup of feta cheese cubed
1 teaspoon of Montreal steak seasoning
3 tablespoons of sliced black olives
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients for the salad and serve. It’s that easy!
