Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad Recipe

Are you having a party, a family event or just wondering what to bring to a potluck? Try making this easy, delicious and healthy Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad Recipe. Your family and friends will love it! Make sure you bring the recipe with you, because you are sure to be asked how to make this delicious salad.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Salad

1 head of broccoli cut into small florets
1 head of cauliflower cut into small florets
1 small red onion finely diced
1 cup of dried raisins
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1 cup of real bacon bits

Dressing

1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad.
Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and poor over the salad.
Toss until blended.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or more before serving.

    I would definitely try this for sure. I would have to omit the sugar in the dressing or find some kind of healthy substitute. This looks really good.

      You can substitute the sugar for honey or just not use any.

      I have this recipe only I do use a sugar substitute what ever I have and more about 1/3 cup. I also use regular bacon about 10 to 12 slices then broken up once crispie and instead of raisins I use cranraisens (any kind) and already sliced almonds about 1/3 cup and one cup of sharp grated cheese. Either orange or white sharp cheddar. Use large grate not fine grate. Topping the same as recipe. Great recipe!

    Mmmmm. Love raw broccoli, but not so much Cauliflower. I’d love to make this with just broccoli! I’d graze on it all day!!!

    I love cauliflower, but only cooked. I have tried, but just haven’t developed a taste for it raw.
