It is,it’s worth the try.

I would definitely try this for sure. I would have to omit the sugar in the dressing or find some kind of healthy substitute. This looks really good.
Caroline Barnes says
You can substitute the sugar for honey or just not use any.

I have this recipe only I do use a sugar substitute what ever I have and more about 1/3 cup. I also use regular bacon about 10 to 12 slices then broken up once crispie and instead of raisins I use cranraisens (any kind) and already sliced almonds about 1/3 cup and one cup of sharp grated cheese. Either orange or white sharp cheddar. Use large grate not fine grate. Topping the same as recipe. Great recipe!

Mmmmm. Love raw broccoli, but not so much Cauliflower. I’d love to make this with just broccoli! I’d graze on it all day!!!
Caroline Barnes says
I’m sure it would still be really good with just broccoli.

It also sounds a lot healthier for you! I happen to like both broccoli and cauliflower and think I will attempt to make this!

I love cauliflower, but only cooked. I have tried, but just haven’t developed a taste for it raw.

I have made this, but not with sunflower seeds. That is what I have been missing.
