I love to cook easy and delicious recipes, and this Crock-Pot Beer Chicken is not only easy; it requires only 4 ingredients, and is made from frozen chicken breasts. It takes minutes to prepare in the morning, and you let it cook all day in the Crock-Pot. When you come home, the house will smell so good, and the only thing left for you to prepare will be a salad or rice.
4 boneless frozen chicken breasts
1 can of beer
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Place you frozen chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock-pot.
Pour the can of beer on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top of the chicken.
Season with salt and pepper
Cook for 6 hours at high or 8 hours at low.
Serve with a salad or white rice (you can see how to cook the perfect rice HERE).
I’m sure you will enjoy this delicious and easy recipe. Take a few minutes to let me know what you think.
