The Best and Easiest Homemade Caesar Dressing

There’s a lot of good salad recipes out there, but it’s hard to beat a good Caesar Salad. For me, a good Caesar Salad has to be made with homemade Caesar Dressing, real crumbled bacon, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh crunchy Romaine lettuce. When I have the time, I even make homemade croutons.

To my family and I, my Caesar Dressing is the best! It’s creamy and has the perfect blend of ingredients to give it that amazing taste. It’s also really easy to make. Totally worth the try!

Do It All Working Mom - Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

1 garlic clove minced
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of capers
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of Canola oil (or vegetable oil)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Place the ingredients in a bowl or plastic container, and blend with a hand blender or mixer for about 30 seconds. This is the hand blender I use.

You can prepare the dressing ahead of time, and place it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
Mix the Caesar Dressing with Romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.

I love caesar salad! I’ve gotta try this recipe. I like knowing what goes into my food, but I assumed that this dressing would be difficult so I’ve always just bought it. And I never thought of bacon, but I’m totally doing that. Everything’s better with bacon! Pinning…
