You’ll love this Greek Yogurt No-Bake Coffee Cheesecake recipe. Not only is it really easy and quick to prepare, but it’s filled with delicious ingredients. The Greek Yogurt makes is really creamy, tasty and is filled with vitamins and protein. My family loves it, especially the kids.
An amazing dessert, in less then 10 minutes.
Ingredients
500 g. of Coffee Flavored Greek Yogurt (if you can’t find coffee, use vanilla) I used Olympic Krema café latte
1 cup of whipped cream
1 container 227 g. of cream cheese at room temperature
2 tablespoons of decaffeinated instant coffee
1 cup of icing sugar
1 square of semi sweet chocolate grated
9″ store bought graham pie crust
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together with a hand mixer or stand up mixer the cream cheese, icing sugar, Greek yogurt and coffee at medium speed until smooth.
Add the whipped cream and mix at low speed just until blended.
Poor the mixture in a 9″ graham pie crust
Top with the grated chocolate.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving.
