Easy Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin

In the summer time, we rarely use the stove top or oven. We cook pretty much everything on the grill. This Easy Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin is a great summer recipe when entertaining or during the weekend. I know a recipe is great when my kids clean their plates, and they sure do every time I make this.

 Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins
3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons of honey
4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Place the pork tenderloin in a large plastic sealable bag
Add the other ingredients to the bag and seal it letting most of the air out.
With your hands spread the marinade making sure the pork tenderloins are well coated.
Place the bag in a plate in the fridge and let marinate for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes turning a few times during cooking.
Let the pork tenderloins rest covered with aluminum paper for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
