Easy Beef Stir Fry

If you follow me on Facebook, you know I’m in the middle of the 21-day fix program. This Easy Beef Stir Fry is 21-day fix approved, and so delicious you won’t feel like you are restricting yourself. The only way I can stick to this awesome plan, is by coming up with great ,healthy, but delicious and filling recipes like this one.

To make this Easy Beef Stir Fry, you will need:

Ingredients

4 slices of sandwich round steak (or any kind of steak you like or have or have on hand)
1 clove of garlic minced
About 4 cups of sliced vegetables of your choice. I used onions, red peppers, broccoli and mushrooms.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of low sodium Soya sauce
1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions

I a wok, heat the olive oil at high heat.
Add the beef and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
Add the garlic and the vegetables, cook until the vegetables soften (about 5 minutes) while stirring.
Add the chicken broth, soya sauce and honey and cook for another minute while stirring.
Serve with rice.
