Baileys coffee is a great way to end a weekend dinner with friends or family. It’s perfect to serve during the Holidays. Most people make the Baileys Irish Coffee version with whisky, but my version consist of Baileys only. You can always add a bit of whisky to the recipe if you like.
Baileys Coffee takes a few minutes to prepare and is enjoyed by everyone. It’s the special touch to end a great dinner.
Ingredients
Rim
Water or lemon juice and sugar
Coffee
2 oz. Baileys
5 oz. of freshly brewed coffee
1 to 2 tablespoons of whipped cream
Garnish (optional)
Grated chocolate
Coffee bean
Instruction
Add water to a small plate, and sugar in another small plate.
Dip a glass Irish coffee cup in the water then in the sugar.
Add 2 ounces of Baileys to the cup.
Add 5 ounces of hot freshly brewed coffee.
Top with whipped cream.
You can add grated chocolate and a coffee bean for garnish (optional).
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t enjoy this delicious Baileys Coffee. Hope you like it!
