Tin Foil Garlic Butter Carrots on the Grill

I’m sharing with you today this super easy Tin Foil Garlic Butter Carrots on the Grill recipe. Only 2 ingredients! It can’t get easier then this.

Ingredients

6 medium size carrots
2 tablespoons of store bough garlic butter

Instructions

Peel and slice the carrots in half (if they’re too large, slice them again).
Cut the slices in half and place them in aluminum foil that you previously sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Fold the top of the aluminum paper together and fold back both sides tightly.
Preheat the grill at medium heat.
Place the carrot aluminum pack directly on the grill where the heat is the lowest (in the front of the grill).
Cook for about 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
