My husband is not a big fan of pork tenderloin, and I’ve tried a lot of recipes to get him to like it. He really liked my Crock-Pot Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin, but I have to say that this Pork Tenderloin cooked in a creamy mustard sauce has converted him. He loves it, and so do my kids.
You absolutely have to give this recipe a try. It’s super easy to make, and tastes amazing!
Ingredients
2 small pork tenderloins
2 French shallots chopped.
1 tablespoon of butter
1 medium container of 15% cooking cream (473 ml)
3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Spray an oven safe baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Place the pork tenderloins in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Let the pork tenderloins rest for 10 minutes.
In the meantime:
