Easy One Skillet Shepherd’s Pie

Shepherd’s Pie is a really popular dish at my house. My kids love it! It’s really easy to make, but it takes a few pots and pans. With this Easy One Skillet Shepherd’s Pie, you can have the delicious taste of shepherd’s pie in 30 minutes using only 1 skillet. It’s totally worth the try. My kids like it even more then my original Shepherd’s Pie Recipe.

One Skillet Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

1 pack (about 0.5 kg) of medium ground beef
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
3 tablespoons of water
2 teaspoons of beef bouillon concentrate (Bovril Knor)
1 can of whole kernel corn 540 ml
5 medium size potatoes pealed and cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the meat.
Add the soup mix, the water and the beef bouillon concentrate and stir.
Add the corn and the potatoes.
Stir, cover and cook at medium heat until the potatoes are cooked stirring occasionally (about 20 minutes).
Add water if necessary.
