Easy Homemade Salsa

This recipe is perfect when last minute guests show up, for game night or movie night. As a matter of fact, it’s perfect any time. Love it in the summer time, sitting beside the pool while sipping a glass of white wine.

Ingredients

1 can of plum tomatoes (28 oz) drained (only keep the tomatoes not the juice)
1 small onion roughly chopped
1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic cut in 4
1 handful of fresh cilantro (about 1/2 cup)
3 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the food processor.
Pulse a few times.
Transfer into a serving dish.
Serve with tortilla chips

If you don’t have a food processor, this is a good one for the price:
