Easy Egg Club Sandwich

I really like a good Club Sandwich, but I don’t always have cooked chicken in the refrigerator. So I love to prepare this Easy Egg Club Sandwich. What’s awesome about it, is that you can enjoy it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everyone in your family will love it, even the kids!

Ingredients

3 pieces of bread
Butter to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
1 egg
1 slice of American cheese
3 slices of tomatoes
3 pieces of lettuce (any kind)
2 pieces of cooked bacon cut in half
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Fry your egg in a little bit of butter. I break the yoke and cook it threw, but you can cook it the way you like.
Toast the bread.
Butter the bread.
Add Mayonnaise to the bottom piece of bread.
Add the cooked egg, salt and pepper, cheese and bacon.
Add another piece of bread and spread more mayonnaise on the bread.
Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and salad.
Add the last piece of bread, spread with mayonnaise.
Slice and serve.
