This Easy Chicken Teriyaki is fantastic. Not only is it delicious, but it can be prepared in 5 minutes and then left to cook in the oven while you do something else. Perfect for a weeknight dinner. The chicken cooks while you do homework with the kiddos.
Ingredients
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
1 cup of pineapple juice
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of fresh minced ginger
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons of molasses
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add the cubed chicken to a ceramic or glass oven safe dish.
Add all the other ingredients with the chicken and give it a stir.
Cover and cook for 1 hour.
Serve on cooked rice.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
