Chocolate Chip Cookies

My husband and kids love Chocolate Chip Cookies, it’s their favorite! So when I prepare them, I make sure to make more then 1 batch. I keep them in freezer bags, or airtight containers in the freezer. They’re good for up to 3 months in the freezer.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup of butter at room temperature
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 pack of semi-sweet chocolate chip

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
With a mixer, beat together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy.
In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring by hand.
Add the chocolate chips and give it a stir.
Place about 1 1/2 tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (5 cm apart).
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool down.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
