Cheesy Macaroni Casserole

This Cheesy Macaroni Casserole is perfect for busy parents. We are so busy with work, kids, homework, soccer, karate, riding, gymnastics, cleaning, and everything else…. It’s great to have easy homemade recipes for those busy nights. I love to prepare a big batch of my delicious bolognese sauce. I freeze it, and use it to prepare delicious and easy recipes like my Oven Baked Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan and Crock-Pot Lasagna Recipe.

Cheesy Macaroni Casserole

My family really love this recipe, especially my daughter. I made enough for her lunch the next day, and she was really happy!

Ingredients

3 cups of uncooked macaroni pasta
2 1/2 cups of Bolognese Spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta as per directions on box.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray an oven safe dish with non stick cooking spray (I use a 9 in. 2 Qt dish)
Add the cooked pasta to the cooking dish.
Add the Bolognese Sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano and stir.
Top with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum paper (make sure the aluminum paper doesn’t touch the cheese or it will stick to it).
Cook for 30 minutes, remove the aluminum paper and grill until the top is golden brown.

Hope you enjoy this delicious Cheesy Macaroni Casserole Recipe.
