I don’t usually make kabobs with beef tenderloin, but since I buy the beef tenderloin roast from Costco, I’m always left with great pieces of meat not large enough to make steaks. I either use those pieces of beef for a Raclette dinner party, or to prepare these amazing Beef Tenderloin Kabobs.
Ingredients
3 pounds of beef tenderloin cut in cubes
1/2 cup of red wine
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion diced
2 cloves off garlic minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the beef tenderloin cubes in a resealable plastic bag.
Add all the ingredients for the marinade in the plastic bag with the meat.
Seal the bag, and with your hands make sure the marinade is well blended and the meat is covered with the marinade.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place the marinated beef tenderloin cubes on wooden or metal skewers (separate between 4 skewers).
Preheat the grill and cook the kabobs on medium high heat for about 10 minutes or until cooked to your taste turning them a few time during cooking (I cook mine 10 minutes for medium cooking).
Place the cooked kabobs in a plate, cover with aluminum paper and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Hope you enjoy these delicious Beef Tenderloin Kabobs.

These look yummy! Have you ever made them on your stovetop or in the oven?

I’ve made them in the oven but never on the stove top. The grill is the best to cook them though.
