This Easy Chip and Veggie Dip is a life saver! Not only is it delicious and easy to prepare, but it’s quick and is made with ingredients pretty much everyone has on hand. So if guests arrive last minute, you can quickly prepare this dip and serve it as a snack or appetizer to your guests.
We also enjoy it at family time while playing a board game, watching a movie or while outside enjoying the sun and the pool.
1 cup of sour cream
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of cream cheese at room temperature
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dried dill
1 teaspoon of chives chopped
chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
In a medium size bowl, stir together all the ingredients, except for the parsley until well blended.
Sprinkle with the fresh parley.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with chips, veggies and crackers.
